At Groove Wear, we believe in the power of sustainable practices & believing that brands have a responsibility to minimize their negative impact on the planet. While we don't label ourselves as a sustainable brand, we are committed to continually improving our practices with each step we take.
To minimize waste and extend the life cycle of our garments, we prioritize quality craftsmanship. We produce in small batches and adjust availability based on demand, ensuring we never overstock. By printing & embroidering our designs on-demand, we reduce excess inventory. If a style sells out, rest assured it will be back in stock soon, as we strive to maintain a balance between supply and demand.
PACKAGING
100% Plastic free packaging
We're proud to use biodegradable mailers instead of traditional plastic ones, reducing our environmental impact and minimizing waste. By choosing biodegradable materials, we ensure that our packaging breaks down naturally over time, leaving behind no harmful residues and significantly reducing our contribution to landfills and ocean pollution.
We opt for paper hangtags and stickers, further reducing our reliance on plastic. These paper-based materials are not only recyclable but also compostable, offering a sustainable solution for our packaging needs.

PRINTING
Asvalt Print
At Groove Wear, we're proud to partner with Asvalt Print, a printing company committed to sustainability and quality. Asvalt Print utilizes water-based inks in its printing process, minimizing environmental impact without compromising on vibrant colors and durability. By using water-based inks, the biggest advantage is that they do not contain solvents. Ensuring that each garment is produced with both eco-consciousness and exceptional craftsmanship.
Additionally, we've chosen the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technique for our designs. DTF printing offers several advantages over traditional methods, including superior color vibrancy, durability, and the ability to reproduce intricate designs with exceptional detail. This innovative technique minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency, further enhancing our commitment to sustainable practices throughout the production process.
